POLL: Best Movie Restaurant Scene EVER!

The beef board has declared September 18th National Cheeseburger Day.September 18th is National Cheeseburger day here in the U.S.  (For all vegetarians and vegans, we promise this blog post won’t offend!)  To celebrate, we wanted to ask all of Tom’s fans, “What is your favorite movie scene set in a restaurant?”

Here are five classic clips to enjoy (including one of our favorites from our very own Tom).  Watch all five clips and then take the poll at the end of this blog post.  Since we know there are more than five great restaurant scenes in film history, we want you to post others in the comments section.  Whatever your preferred meal- have fun!

1.  Big Night- usually on film buff’s top 10 list, directed by actor Stanley Tucci, this intimate comedy is about a restaurant on the Jersey Shore.

2.  Tampopo- a Japanese comedy about two truckers trying to revive a ramen noodle house.

3.  Cocktail- okay, great restaurants have a bar area.  And Tom rocked the bar area in the movie ‘Cocktail.”

These last two are (NSFW) NOT SAFE FOR WORK!!

4.  When Harry Met Sally- filmed at Katz’s Deli in NYC, Meg Ryan proves that women can make a man believe anything.

5.  Monty Python and the Meaning of Life- what will you have for dinner?

Okay, you’ve watched the five.  Which is your favorite?  Take the poll now!
