VIDEO: Top Gun Returns To Theaters With 25th Anniversary Screenings!

While the Tom Cruise movie Top Gun easily ranks among the perennial fan favorites from his filmography, many of Tom’s fans never had the chance to see the Naval fighter pilot epic on the big screen. That’s about to change! AMC Theatres in the United States is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Top Gun with an exclusive screening on April 30 and May 2, bringing the excitement of the screaming jets and mach-speed dogfights to their proper giant dimensions on the Silver Screen!

For the action movie fan of any era, this is one special event you can’t afford to miss. Top Gun in it’s intended format, flying off the big screen and into your face. Strap in for a real ride on the highway to the danger zone!

Can you tell that we’re pumped up for this one!? Anyone who can remember the original release in theaters is right there with us.

    Great seeing that Top Gun is being re-released for the 25th anniversary. It was my late husbands favorite movie. If it wasn’t for Top Gun he wouldn’t have joined the Navy, he wanted to fly so bad but he had bad eyesight to qualify. So instead he took flying lessons as a private pilot and we built a plane together. He passed 3 years ago in a plane accident. But because he joined the Navy and as his wife it taught me how to run a household and raise 2 kids by myself when he was out at sea. So thank you for making a movie that influenced many young men to join the service for their country and also help a young wife learn to take care of herself. I would go to see it with the kids on the big screen but I live in the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania and there are no AMC theaters near me but I watch it every time it’s on TV. Thanks again.

    my friend and I are HUGE tom cruise fans and a few summers ago we had a tom cruise movie marathon.. watching every single movie he was in! It took a few nights.. but we did it! Then for his birthday I made a DVD album by purchasing all the movies I could find and putting them in a display box for him! but I do have to say my all time favorite movie is TOP GUN and I will be watching it in theaters.
