Calling all music fans: keep your ears open for music from the new Tom Cruise summer movie Knight and Day, including a brand new song from Black Eyed Peas and will.i.am!
The action star called on the pop supergroup to create a theme song for the film and its soundtrack. Tune in soon for the the single, Someday, which the Black Eyed Peas debuted during a DJ set last night at the afterparty for their concert in London.
The song is is set to launch in June in the iTunes store and radio stations worldwide prior to the movie’s premiere.
Tom even became a member of the band, if only for a moment, when singer Fergie asked him onstage during the show last night in London’s O2 Arena, according to Entertainment Tonight. The action star took advantage of the opportunity, raising cheers from 30,000 wild fans while singing along with the group!

“You’re onstage with the Black Eyed Peas, who knows when that’s going to happen again,” Tom said. ”I absolutely started to sing.”
Tom spotted the Black Eyed Peas perform during the filming of Knight and Day with Cameron Diaz, and felt the group’s energy exactly matched that of the film.
“I’ve always been a fan,” Tom said. “And Knight and Day is a perfect film…it has the spirit of the Black Eyed Peas. It’s the perfect mix.”
Knight and Day opens nationwide on June 25.
