Peter Sarsgaard, one of Tom Cruise’s co-stars in the upcoming summer film Knight and Day, has already started work on his next project, The Green Lantern!
According to MTV News, the film (which is based on the DC Comics character) is currently filming in New Orleans, where Sarsgaard has been spotted in full makeup as villain Hector Hammond.
The Hollywood Reporter also says The Green Lantern will be released in 3-D when it comes out next year in June. Sarsgaard will co-star alongside Ryan Reynolds (who plays the titular character, aka Hal Jordan), Tim Robbins, Blake Lively, Angela Bassett, and Mark Strong.
In Knight and Day, however, Sarsgaard plays a very different character — a federal agent hunting down two fugitives, aka the characters of Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. Check out Sarsgaard in the new Knight and Day movie trailer:
