Knight and Day Co-Star Cameron Diaz’s Shrek Forever After Premieres at Tribeca


Shrek Forever After, which stars Knight and Day co-star Cameron Diaz, will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City on April 21, 2010.

The final movie in the Shrek series, Shrek Forever After will also be the first one to be presented in 3-D, according to the New York Times. The new story will focus on the titled hero examining his settled down, family man life and “longing for a little adventure.”

Diaz has lent her voice to the beautiful princess-turned-ogre Fiona for all three Shrek movies. Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, and Antonio Banderas will also star in the new film. If you can’t catch the premiere, no worries — Shrek Forever After is schedule for release in theaters nationwide on May 21.

In the action comedy Knight and Day (being released on July 2, 2010), Diaz will star as Tom Cruise’s love interest. The two end up fugitives on an international trek as they try to protect a powerful battery. Check out the trailer here:
