From the Official

So far, the cast and crew for Tom Cruise’s new movie ‘Knight and Day’ have been filming all around the Boston area, from plane crashes in Bridgewater cornfields to the Worcester Airport. Heck, even a local Boston TV anchor is getting in on the action! And now we can add a new location to the list: Westwood!

According to local paper Hometown Weekly, Cameron Diaz filmed scenes for the movie at a Shell gas station on Route 1 in Westwood, Massachusetts. What the scene involved, we’re not sure — maybe if we look at the synopsis again…

‘Knight and Day,’ set for release on July 2, 2010, stars Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz in an action comedy about a secret agent (Cruise) who takes his blind date (Diaz) on a journey around the world to protect a battery that holds the key to an infinite power source. Directed by James Mangold, the 20th Century Fox film also stars Paul Dano, Maggie Grace, Marc Blucas, Viola Davis, Peter Sarsgaard, and Olivier Martinez.
