‘Valkyrie‘ director Bryan Singer is teaming up with Bryan Fuller and NBC to help direct “SelleVision,” a new one-hour comedy that takes place “behind-the-scenes of a home shopping cable channel,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The TV show, which Fuller is writing, is based on a novel by Augusten Burroughs. Singer is a fan of the book, and approached Burroughs years ago, but it wasn’t until recently that the TV adaptation was approved.
This isn’t the first time Singer has directed a pilot — he was the director for Fox’s drama “House” with Hugh Laurie. However, Singer is best known for his directing work with movies such as ‘The Usual Suspects,’ the X-Men franchise, and of course, ‘Valkyrie’ with Tom Cruise. Here’s wishing Singer good luck on his next project!
